01Who we are

MM Dev Studios ("we," "us," or "our") is a website design and development business based in New York, NY. We design, build, host, and support websites for businesses across the United States.

This policy applies to information we collect through this website and when you contact us by phone or email. It does not cover websites we build for our clients; each client is responsible for the privacy practices of its own website.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our website review or project form, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name and company name
• Phone number and email address
• Industry, current website address, and primary location or market
• What you would like your website to accomplish, and any other details you choose to include
• Your preferred contact method

When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address, the content of your message, and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page visited, the referring page, and the date and time of the visit. This information is used to operate and secure the website.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

03How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide the website review or consultation you requested
• Prepare proposals, schedule work, and communicate about a project
• Provide, host, maintain, and support websites for our clients
• Send invoices and keep business and tax records, using our own in-house billing software
• Operate, secure, and improve our own website
• Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and misuse
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We only contact you about the inquiry you submitted or work we are doing for you. We do not add you to a mailing list or automated sales sequence without asking first.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers who help us run our business—for example, website hosting, form processing, email, file storage, scheduling, and accounting. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
• With your direction or consent—for example, when you ask us to coordinate with your marketing company, developer, or hosting provider.
• For legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers, if MM Dev Studios is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets. You would be notified of any change in ownership affecting your information.

Service providers we currently use

05Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set its own cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may place strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots, spam, and abuse. These are not used for advertising or to track you across other websites.

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Google's handling of that information is described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Your browser may also offer privacy settings, including a Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not sell personal information or use tracking for advertising on this site, there is no tracking for those signals to turn off. If we add such tracking in the future, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.

06Phone calls

If you call us at (929) 545-6868, or ask us to call you, we use your phone number only to communicate about your inquiry or project.

• We do not make marketing calls to people who have not asked to hear from us.
• We do not send text messages.
• We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
• You can ask us to stop calling you at any time.

07Client project data

When we build or support a website for a client, we may be given access to that client's content, accounts, and in some cases information about the client's own customers—for example, form submissions or order records stored on the client's website.

We handle that information on the client's behalf and only to perform the work we were engaged to do. We do not use it for our own purposes or share it except as the client directs. The specific terms are set out in each client agreement, and the client's own privacy policy governs how its customers' information is collected and used.

08How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period in case you follow up, then deleted on request or during routine clean-up.
• Client and project records are kept for the length of the relationship and afterward as needed for support, warranty, tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
• Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, generally for security and troubleshooting.

09How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website, limiting access to people who need it for their work, and using providers that maintain their own security programs.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or contractual reasons
• Stop receiving calls or emails from us

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or other privacy laws, such as the right to obtain a copy of your information or to appeal a decision about your request. We will respond to requests as required by the laws that apply to us.

11Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Links to other websites

This website may link to other websites, including client websites we have built. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change—for example, if we add analytics or new service providers. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information we have already collected, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
